Welcome to my Portfolio website Dashboard Craft . By accessing this website or engaging my data analysis services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

I provide independent freelance data analysis services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Data cleaning and restructuring (ETL).
  • Dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Statistical analysis and reporting.
  • Database consulting and data pipeline building.

All services are provided on a project-by-project or hourly basis, as explicitly outlined in a separate, mutually signed freelance contract or statement of work.

Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

  • Data Provision: You must provide all necessary datasets, API access, software permissions, and documentation required to complete the project on time.
  • Accuracy of Client Data: I am not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or integrity of the raw data provided by you. If your source data is fundamentally flawed, the resulting analysis may be impacted, and correcting it may incur extra costs.

Payment Terms

  • Invoicing: Payment milestones, hourly rates, or fixed-project fees will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 25% to 50%] may be required before any analytical work or code writing commences.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in an immediate suspension of work, withholding of final dashboard/code delivery, or a late fee of [e.g., 1.5%] per month on outstanding balances.

Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

  • Your Data: You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all raw data and proprietary information you share with me.
  • The Deliverables: Upon full and final payment, ownership of the specific custom dashboards, SQL scripts, Python code, and reports created for your project transfers to you.
  • Pre-existing Code: I retain the rights to any pre-existing code, templates, or generic analytical methodologies used during the project that are not unique to your specific business data.

Confidentiality and Data Security

  • Privacy Commitment: I treat your business data with the strictest confidentiality. I will not share, sell, or publicize your datasets, corporate strategies, or internal metrics with any third party.
  • NDAs: I am fully willing to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you grant access to your live databases or confidential systems.

Limitation of Liability

  • Business Decisions: Data analysis provides insights, trends, and projections based on historical data. It does not guarantee future financial performance, sales, or market behavior.
  • No Liability for Losses: I am not liable for any financial losses, business interruptions, regulatory fines, or damages resulting from business decisions made based on my analysis, dashboards, or reports.
  • Maximum Liability: My total liability for any claim arising from our engagement shall not exceed the total amount you paid me for the specific project in question.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate a project engagement at any time with  14 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • You will be invoiced for all hours worked or milestones completed up to the date of termination.
  • I will return or securely destroy all datasets provided by you.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India /West Bengal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
